Ez Order provides a platform for discovering hotels based on the customer's selected location.

The application allows customers to:

• Log in using their email address and OTP verification.
• Identify their current location, subject to device permission.
• Select available cities or locations manually.
• View hotels available in the selected location.
• View hotel names, images, addresses, and contact information.
• Access external hotel websites through the provided links.

Ez Order primarily acts as a hotel discovery and information platform.

2. User Registration and Account Access

To access the application, customers must provide a valid email address and complete OTP verification.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate email information.
• Use their own email address or an email address they are authorised to access.
• Keep their OTP confidential.
• Not share account access with unauthorised individuals.
• Notify us if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access if we identify misuse, suspicious activity, or violations of these Terms.

3. Location Services

Ez Order may request access to your device location to identify your current location and display relevant hotels.

Customers may also manually select a different available city using the location selection feature.

Location-based hotel listings depend on the information available in our backend system.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct location when using the manual location selection feature.

4. Hotel Listings and Information

Hotel information displayed in Ez Order is maintained and provided through our backend system.

Hotel listings may contain:

• Hotel names and images.
• Hotel addresses and locations.
• Website links.
• Contact numbers.

We make reasonable efforts to display relevant and accurate information. However, we do not guarantee that all hotel information is always complete, accurate, current, or available.

Hotel details, website links, contact numbers, and availability may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to add, update, modify, or remove hotel listings at any time.

5. Third-Party Hotels and Websites

Hotels displayed in Ez Order are independent third-party businesses.

Ez Order provides hotel information and external website links for customer convenience.

We do not own, operate, manage, or control the listed hotels or their external websites unless expressly stated.

Customers understand and agree that:

• Hotel services are provided independently by the respective hotels.
• Hotel prices, menus, offers, and availability are determined by the hotels.
• Hotel bookings, orders, payments, and service arrangements, if any, are subject to the respective hotel's terms.
• Any communication or transaction with a hotel takes place independently of Ez Order.
• Ez Order is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of services provided by hotels.

Customers should independently verify hotel details before making any arrangements.

6. No Booking or Payment Guarantee

Ez Order is primarily a hotel discovery platform.

Displaying a hotel listing does not constitute a reservation, booking confirmation, order confirmation, or guarantee of service availability.

Ez Order does not guarantee hotel room availability, restaurant table availability, food availability, pricing, or other services displayed on external hotel websites.

Any booking, ordering, or payment functionality offered by a third-party hotel is governed by that hotel's own terms and conditions.

7. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

Customers agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading registration information.
• Misuse the application or its features.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the application or backend systems.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or misuse application content without permission.
• Interfere with application functionality or security.
• Use the application for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to collect or misuse information belonging to other customers or businesses.

We reserve the right to restrict access in case of violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All application-related content, including the Ez Order name, branding, design, interface, software, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the respective rights holders.

Customers may use the application for personal and lawful purposes only.

Hotel names, logos, images, and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners. Their display does not necessarily imply any ownership or endorsement by Ez Order.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of protected content is prohibited.

9. Application Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Ez Order available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The application may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Server maintenance.
• Technical issues.
• Internet connectivity problems.
• Third-party service interruptions.
• Security updates or application improvements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any application feature when reasonably necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application if a customer violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or engages in unlawful activities.

Customers may request account deletion by contacting our customer support team.

Account deletion requests will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of Ez Order is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
